Joint Stock Company "Klintsy Piston Ring Plant" is a leading specialized company in the Russian Federation that manufactures piston rings from special grades of cast iron with diameters from 60 mm to 470 mm.

The plant has been supplying piston rings for diesel engines, compressors and diesel hammers to the Russian and foreign markets for 60 years.

JSC "KZPK" owns the full range of technologies necessary for the manufacture of high–quality piston rings - foundry, various types of mechanical processing and electroplating, which makes it possible to obtain rings with specified geometric dimensions, structure and strength of cast iron. Coating the piston rings with hard and porous chrome, as well as special soft materials reduces the run-in time of the rings, increases wear resistance and their service life. Piston rings are manufactured in accordance with GOST. Their properties favorably affect the wear resistance of the mating parts (sleeve, piston), i.e. they contribute to reducing oil and fuel consumption and prolonging engine life. The production has international ISO certificates, ISO/TS 22163, is certified for compliance with the requirements of GOST and the Russian River Register.
