JSC "KZPK" has the ability to perform the following types of work:

• Serial production of piston rings from Ø 62 mm to Ø 470 mm
• Production of piston rings according to the customer's drawings and samples
• Production of children's sleds
• Serial production of parts and products on a regular basis:
• lathe with a part size of up to Ø800 mm (for body parts and flanges) and a length of up to 2500 mm (for shafts);
• boring and coordinate-boring machines with part dimensions up to 600 mm (length is considered individually), boring and restoration of bearing and guide seats, and boring of cylinders;
• milling machines with maximum part dimensions up to 1250x4000 mm, slotting machines (internal keyway slots), and gear milling machines;
• round grinding machines with part dimensions from Ø10 mm to Ø280 mm. The grinding part length is up to 1000 mm;
• flat-grinding machines with a part size of up to 530 mm and a grinding plane length of up to 2000 mm, and a grinding part height of up to 505 mm;
• Cutting of sheet metal blanks up to 2000 mm wide and up to 8 mm thick.
• Cutting of shaped steel sheet blanks up to 100 mm thick according to the customer's drawings (from the customer's material) and with dimensions of no more than 1000*1500 mm.
• Heat treatment of oversized steel and cast iron parts (considered individually), annealing, hardening, aging, cementation, and tempering.
• Coating of small-sized parts (galvanizing, oxidation, tinning, chrome plating, hard chrome plating, and copper plating), with individual product dimensions for each process.
• Plastic casting on the customer's mold, with a product volume of up to 140 cm3.
• Manufacture of molds and fixtures, either according to the customer's drawings or by creating their own drawings based on a sample (part).
• Manufacture of metal products based on the customer's sketches or drawings:
• gates, wickets, and metal doors
• bathhouse stoves and water tanks, barbecues
• metal fences
• window and door metal grates
• cutting of blanks no longer than 2000 mm and up to 8 mm thick and bending on a press for the required radius (shells, metal formwork body, etc.)
• manufacturing of profiles from sheet steel up to 5 mm thick, spars, boxes, corner with various shelves up to 2000 mm long and other, according to the sketch.
• Manufacture (casting) of products from gray cast iron of simple shape..
• evelopment of CD according to sketches and samples of the customer..
