Melting point up to 1500 0 C 

Shapes and sizes of castings: 

Cylindrical castings 

- Ø the minimum external size is 65 mm with a hole of at least 45 mm in height from 100 mm 

- Ø outer maximum size 500 mm with a maximum 450 mm hole up to 450 mm high 

The blanks 

- Ø from 25mm 

- the length of the workpieces is from 100 to 300 mm 

Blanks of uncomplicated shape weighing up to 100 kg

Cast iron grades:

• СЧМ-1 is a special grey cast iron, nickel-alloyed, with evenly distributed lamellar graphite in a pearlitic matrix, with high abrasion resistance (HRB 97.5...104 units, ultimate strength of at least 55 kgf/mm2)
  
  
• АХМ is a high-quality grey antifriction chromium-molybdenum cast iron with evenly distributed lamellar graphite in a pearlite matrix, which provides high antifriction properties and increased wear resistance (HRB 95...103 units, tensile strength of at least 50 kgf/mm2).
  
  
• А-ВПЧ-ХНММ is a high-quality high-strength chromium-nickel-molybdenum-copper cast iron with spherical graphite in a pearlitic matrix, which provides an advantage over gray cast iron in terms of increased wear resistance, strength and high resistance to cracking under cyclic loads (HRB 98...112 units, ultimate strength of at least 80 kgf/mm2)
