JSC "KZPK" has the opportunity to perform the following types of work:
Manufacture of children's sleds Serial production of parts and products on an ongoing basis:
- lathes with a part size up to Ø800 mm (for body parts and flanges) and a length up to 2500 mm (for shafts);
- boring and coordinate boring with a size of parts up to 600 mm (length is considered individually), boring and restoration of bearing seats and guides, boring of cylinders;
- milling parts with maximum dimensions up to 1250x4000 mm, slotting (internal grooves for the key), gear milling; round grinders with a size of parts from Ø10 mm to Ø280 mm. The length of the grinding part is up to 1000 mm;
- flat-sanding machines with a size of parts up to 530 mm and a length of the grinding plane up to 2000 mm, the height of the grinding part up to 505 mm;
Cutting of blanks made of sheet metal up to 2000 mm wide and up to 8 mm thick.
Cutting of shaped blanks of steel sheet up to 100 mm thick according to customer's drawings (from customer's material) and dimensions not exceeding 1000*1500 mm.
Heat treatment of oversized steel and cast iron parts (we consider individually), annealing, quenching, aging, cementation, tempering.
Coating of small-sized parts (galvanizing, oxidation, tinning, chrome plating-wear-resistant, copper plating), product dimensions individually for each process.
Plastic casting on the customer's mold, the product volume is up to 140 cm3.
Production of stamps and accessories, both according to customer's drawings, and creating your own drawing - according to the sample (details).
Production of metal products according to sketches or drawings of the customer:
- gates, doors
- metal furnaces for baths and water tanks, barbecues
- fences, metal grilles on windows, metal doors
- cutting of workpieces with a length of no more than 2000 mm and a thickness of up to 8 mm and bending on a sheet bending machine to the required radius (shells, metal body of the formwork, etc.).
- production of profiles from sheet steel up to 5 mm thick, spars, boxes, a corner with various shelves up to 2000 mm long, and more, according to the sketch.
Manufacturing (casting) of grey cast iron products of uncomplicated shape.
